We believe that dialogue with community is key function of every enterprise. Therefore we’ve been seeking solutions beneficial alike for us and our stakeholder: business partners and local community, which we are de facto part of.

We are modern company, that grows together with citizens of our city, community, voivodeship we were born in. Future of our company is being shared not only by our employees but by their families too. One of our priorities is friendly human resources policy and increasing number of jobs in the region. Only during last 2 years number of employees has been increased from 250 to more than 400. We’ve been making constant effort to make work conditions nicer and more creative.

Local organisations, associations, hobby groups, non-profit organisations expect our cooperation and support. Therefore we support various pro-community initiatives, charity and cultural. We share not only the place of living but values as well, therefore in many cases we feel like being partially responsible for local community.
