First of all we kindly ask you to check, if everything was done according to transporation, storage and assembly respective terms and conditions.

We inform our Clients how to properly use our products, in order to maitain its durability, technical attributes and aesthetics. Like any other products, steel needs proper wrapping, ventilation during transportation and storage and right tools for assembly.
