ROOF ACCESSORIES
Roof accessories are complementary to roof system in are of ventilation and security. Our portfolio includes elements which should be used together with 15 – 45º roofs made of steel tiles, trapezoidal profiles or sandwich pannels. Accessories are in few basic colors and are easily compatible with the color of the roof.

VENTILATION
To secure right roof functioning, it needs proper air circulation. This function is provided by the following elements:
- ventilation chimnet
- reductive adapter
- isolated cartridge
We offer complete sets of the products mentioned above compliant with the roof system and its color scheme. Following colors are available: red, coral-red, brown, black, chorcoal-grey, green. Material used to produce ventilation elements is high quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
ROOF SECURITY
In order to protect habitants against snow and ice falling from the roof, security elements should be installed. They also provide easy access to chimney, gutters and other devices on the roof.

Balex Metal elements are being produced from galvanized steel, covered with varnish from both sizes, available in 5 colors: red, brown, brick-red, grey and black.
SEALS
Seals are elements needed to secure continuity of the roof continuity and proper isolation. We offer seals which fit perfectly roof profile as well as dressing.

ROOF FOILS
Roof foils are highly penetrable layers of steel roof tile system. They regulate steam liquefying processes – thanks to polypropylene (PP) fiber and technology of combining few layers, foils don’t let in water but give back steam perfectly. They can be placed over thermic isolation, no ventilation gaps are needed.
Foils are resistant to long-lasting UV radiation, as well as high temperature. Regularly placed microareas secure high parameters on entire foil surface.

SCREWS

TOUCH-UP SETS
It happens sometimes that roof element might become damaged a litlle bit because of bad transport, storage or assembly conditions. Possible scratches should be dealt with touch-up set.
Set includes:
- degreaser – to clean surface before painting
- touch-up paint – available in every Balex Metal steel roof tile
- brush – to apply paint
