CLADDING CASSETTES
Cladding cassettes ensure modern and elegant look of representative elevations and front walls of office, public and commercial buildings. They can also be applied to thermal modernization of existing buildings.
Cladding Cassettes of BALEXMETAL are available in different shapes, coatings and colours. They match glass, wood, concrete or aluminium and as a result it is possible to introduce a wide range of architectural solutions and create unique elevations.
Cladding cassettes are produced on a sophisticated production line. All production stages are controlled automatically, and the production process, materials and final products are subject to rigorous quality control. The product complies with the Polish standard PN-EN 14782:2008 and is labelled with CE. BALEXMETAL guarantees high quality of its products and repeatability of technical parameters.
The assembly is exceptionally easy due to the unique construction of the steel grid. Special sling designed by BALEXMETAL shortens the grid assembly time and the structure allows precise levelling and evaluating the proper distance to fill in with insulating layer. The assembly time is additionally shortened due to special profiles of flanges, located on top and bottom edges of the cladding cassette, which create a well-fitted lock.
Due to proper steel used in the production process and well designed grid the elevation is durable, strong and rigid.
The cladding cassettes are attached to the grid through the bean holes. This ensures the compensation of the building movements and also eliminates the possibility of deformation resulting from steel thermal expansion. Special perforation on the bottom flange of cladding cassettes ensures proper microventilation within the partition and removal of excessive water vapour accumulated under the element.
